The AiO all-in-one laser features an ultra-compact lightweight design and ultra-high performance to power the JCZ EZCAD3 and JPT MOPA fiber lasers.

2Take off the anti-dust cover from lens.
3Turn on switches in order (Switch on the back).
4Copy operation software to your desktop.
5Create a desktop shortcut.
6Open device manager and Install driver.
7Open software, import calibration file.
8Adjust Z lift and find the right focus.
9Open device manager and Install driver.
10Open device manager and Install driver.
11Design or import marking data.

Laser machines require very little maintenance. However, the following is recommended:

⚫ Keep Area Clear of Debris and Clutter Free

Cleaning your work area is as simple as wiping it down with non-abrasive wipes or keeping a vacuum nearby.

Keep the area clean and free of debris by vacuuming or wiping the area with a clean rag after each use will

ensure top quality each time you use your machine.

⚫ Clean Lens

The lens is far from the material and so will not typically need to be cleaned after each job. Depending on

  1. Put anti-dust plastic lens cover on. workflow, check and clean your lens weekly. Use only non-abrasive optic wipes when cleaning the lens is

recommended.

⚫ Fire Extinguishers

While fire is not likely while running this machine, the possibility is always there. We recommend inspecting your fire

extinguishers annually with certified company. Monthly inspections are also recommended.

⚫ Computers

Depending on your computer set up will depend on the updates you allow your computer to run.
